From the date that we receive all the content for the website from you, the website will be launched in 3 weeks.

Do you offer any guarantees?

Yes we do. Should you not be completely satisfied with your new website, we will refund you in full. The copyright of the website then remains with Quick & Easy Websites. This guarantee is only valid provided:

• we received all content for the website from you within 2 weeks after the deposit has been paid
• the website has been live for 1 week or less

How does the design of the look and feel work?

The look and feel of your website is very important. It needs to be professional and reflect your businesses image. Quick & Easy Websites has over 300 designs (or templates) available to choose from. The templates cover a wide range of industry from business to schools, to churches, to estate agents plus many more. We are sure that you will be able to select a suitable template. Your logo and colour scheme will be incorporated into the selected template.

Do you offer website hosting?

Quick & Easy Websites offers a complete solution, this includes Monthly Website Hosting, Email & Support of CMS system (Content Management System):

• Email and telephonic support of the Content Management System (CMS) included in your website.
• 10 GB (Giga Bytes) of bandwidth for website and email traffic. 10 GB = 10 000 MB (ten thousand Mega Bytes). This should be more than enough for most websites. Additional bandwidth, if required can be purchased at R20 per GB.
• 4000 MB (Mega Bytes) of disk space to store content on your website.
• 200 Email accounts. eg sales@yourbusinessname.co.za
• website control panel to add, edit and remove company email addresses
• Monthly cost: R150 (excl VAT)

How much does the monthly website hosting cost?

The monthly website hosting costs R150 (excl VAT). This includes Website Hosting, Email & Support of CMS system (Content Management System).

How do I pay for the monthly website hosting?

The monthly website hosting is paid via debit order at the end of each month OR paid in advance (3 months, 6 months, 1 year).

My website will be launched half way through the month, how does the first hosting payment work?

The first hosting invoice will be calculated on a pro-rata basis according to the number of days left in the month.

I don't want to host my website with Quick & Easy Websites, can I host with another company?

It is possible to host your EMAIL with another service provider, and host your website with Quick & Easy Websites.
Quick & Easy Websites is able to offer a fast turn around time and low price due to the custom system architecture in place on our servers. It is therefore not possible to move the functionality (eg CMS system, search feature, product catalogue, photo gallery) of your new website to a different hosting company. Quick & Easy Websites can assist with the transfer of the pointing of your domain name to Quick & Easy Websites. The domain remains in your name.
